This notice covers the Opsnic pre-launch website and waitlist only. Opsnic is not yet generally available, and no customer operational data is collected or processed through this site.

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, your position and the email address you submit. We also record the campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) and the referral code, if any, of the person who invited you. This tells us which channels reach retail operators; it is not used to build a profile of you.

We do not ask for your phone number or address at signup, and we do not collect payment information anywhere on this site.

To tell you when private beta access opens, to send occasional updates about what we are building, and to understand which audiences find Opsnic relevant. That is all.

If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled on this site, those providers may set cookies or similar identifiers to attribute visits and signups. Where an analytics provider is not configured, no third-party scripts are loaded at all.

We do not sell your email address. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the waitlist and send email, for example an email delivery platform, and only for that purpose.

We keep your address until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist is closed and superseded by a customer account. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Waitlist signup requires only your email address. Security documentation and customer-data policies will be published before customers connect operational data to Opsnic. We make no certification or compliance claims at this stage.

A contact address for privacy requests will be published here before the waitlist is promoted publicly.
